Your pricing tier is based on your organization's annual revenue. This revenue-fit approach ensures that associations of all sizes can access Betty at a price point that makes sense for their budget. During the demo process, we'll confirm which tier applies to your organization.

Yes. You can upgrade from Knowledge Assistant to Knowledge+ at any time during your subscription. Your pricing tier stays the same, and we'll prorate the difference for the remainder of your current term. Many associations start with Knowledge Assistant and upgrade once they see the value of additional instances and advanced features.
No. Setup, onboarding, and training are included in your subscription. Our team works directly with you to connect your content, configure your instances, and get Betty live. There are no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Every Betty subscription includes your configured AI assistant instances, ongoing content updates, Betty:INSIGHTS reporting and analytics, widget deployment support, and access to our customer success team. Knowledge+ subscribers also receive Job Onboarding Templates, advanced Search and Directory capabilities, and API access.
All Betty plans require a 12-month minimum subscription. This commitment period allows us to properly onboard your content, optimize your instances, and deliver measurable results. After the initial term, subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled.
