That’s what one association achieved by training its AI assistant on its certification and standards documentation. Now, staff can instantly access accurate responses and help members without waiting for an SME. Result: happier members, more confident staff. --- **Smarter Certification Design** At ASNT, their assistant Anita doesn’t just respond to questions—she co-creates. Staff and volunteers use her to draft course outlines, build webinars, and write certification materials, all grounded in trusted, technical standards. She’s not replacing experts—she’s helping them stay focused on the creative, strategic work. --- **AI as a Trust Multiplier** Missouri State Teachers Association trained its assistant Tillie on legislation and used her to help members create personalized letters to lawmakers. It worked. They saw massive engagement, and the legislation passed. --- **Insight You Can't Get From Google** AI assistants show what members are asking for—in real time. The International Society of Automation learned that one of the most engaged user groups for their AI assistant MIMO was Vietnamese speakers.
